What is the role?
As an HR Executive POSCO Group, you will play a pivotal role in managing attendance, arranging overall interviews and co-ordination with the concerns department. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a dynamic candidate with strong technical acumen and excellent managerial skills.
What are the responsibilities involved?
- Attendance Management and time – keeping function.
- Arrangement of interviews and co-ordination with concern department.
- Basic payroll work and employee data management in HRIS SOFTWARE.
- Portal knowledge of all statutory compliances working like Shram Seva/PF/ESIC and other.
- Able to resolve issue related with plant employees and other administrative parts.
What do we need in this role?
- Good command on Ms Office Suite and HRIS System.
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws.
